Luxury Villa De Hofnar is located in a quiet location in the town of Soalheira, with a beautiful view of the hills and the Atlantic Ocean not far from all the amenities of Sao Bras de Alportel and Loulé. The villa has a lot of privacy.

There is a spacious new swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. Terrace and pool are directly accessible from the living room and there is a fantastic view of the surroundings, the hills and the Atlantic Ocean.

Around the house are several places where you can sit in the shade or the sun.
You can also walk through the garden around the villa. Travel time from the airport to the villa is 20 minutes and to the beach 25 minutes.There are several access roads in the area, making it easy to reach all places in the Algarve.

The luxury villa is equipped with fiber internet, various seats in the sun and in the shade, sunbeds by the pool and 2 large 8-person garden tables. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer. The villa also has 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. There are two spacious driveways, so you can park several cars on your own property.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the first floor are two modern bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom, air conditioning and underfloor heating for colder days in winter. Both bedrooms share a terrace with views of the hills and the Atlantic ocean. Downstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms. One with a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor. The villa can sleep 8 people. All rooms have airconditioning.

The kitchen is very good equipped with a big oven, big fridge and freezer, dishwasher. There are 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. The living room has a big smart television.

We have also 2 baby cots with linen and 2 highchairs

All linen are included.

Conditions

The prices include: bed linen, towels. Extra intermediate cleaning and / or change of bed linen can be requested. The costs for this are for your account. When booking, 30% of the total booking sum must be paid within one week. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival date. You can of course also transfer the full amount in one go. For a possible last-minute booking, it is best to contact us by telephone.

You can check in from 5 pm and the check-out time is before 10 am.

The minimum stay is seven nights. The prices are in the months of May, June, July, August, September, October including water and electricity. The other months January, February, March, April, November, December are excluding water and electricity. The electricity price is €0,30 per kwh. The deposit is €350,-. The cleaning costs of the villa are €175,- The Check-in is after 17.00 hours and check-out is before 10 o’clock.

Cancellation conditions: You pay 30% of the total price if you cancel after making the reservation and the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days before arrival.
