Conditions

You will pay 30% of the total price if you cancel after making the reservation and the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days before arrival. If you cancel between the arrival date and 30 days before arrival, we will charge the total amount.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM at the apartments and from 5:00 PM at the Villa.
At the apartments, YOU check in YOURSELF with the access codes that we have sent.
At the Villa Don (our property manager) will wait for you.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside.
The apartments and villa are non-smoking and we will keep it that way.

It is better to contact us in advance by email. We do not accept bookings from bachelor parties and football clubs. If we do see a booking from such groups, we will cancel the booking on our side and refund any amount paid minus 15 euros administration costs.

We charge you a deposit. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided that everything is left tidy and there has been no inconvenience for our other guests.

In case of loss of keys, we are forced to charge an amount of € 20,-.

Please feel at home with us and we assume that you will handle our belongings with care.
