The apartments on the first floor have two bedrooms and two small balconies.

General
Transfer:
Bus: You can take the bus to Faro from the airport, then take the bus to Albufeira.
Car: If you want to rent a car there are several options at the airport or on the internet.
Taxi:You can pre-order an Uber taxi or take a taxi in front of the airport.
Parking:
You can park for free in front of the apartment. If there is no space, take the first street on the left up. There are many parking spaces on the left and right.
Facilities
All apartments have been completely renovated and wifi is everywhere. The 2 bedroom apartments are located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building and feature a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment on the top floor has one bedroom, which has a terrace overlooking the historic town of Albufeira where you can sunbathe, eat in the morning and where you can see a bit of the sea. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Each apartment has a fully equipped, newly fitted kitchen with a large fridge (3 freezer drawers), microwave, grill, kettle and toaster where you can prepare your own meals. There is also a washing machine and iron with ironing board.
Conditions
If you choose to stay for a month or longer and during the winter months, we will take the meter readings and the electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit. The price for electricity is €0,30 per kWh. We charge €50 for the final cleaning.
When you booked one of the apartments, there will be 30% of the amount pre-charged as a deposit. 4 weeks before your stay the rest of the amount has to be transferred on our account.
Do you wish for an extended period or hibernate ask for our special rates.
Cancellation policy:
You pay 30% of the total price if you cancel after making the reservation and the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days before arrival. If you cancel between the arrival date and 30 days before arrival, we will charge the total amount.
Cleaning:
Our housekeeper will clean the apartment on the day you are going to check-out. Do you want extra clean-ups during your stay? We can arrange that for you with €40 per clean-up.
